What is the significance of naming the brand hi, skin?

Saying hi is the first step to building a relationship with your skin.

What if you could have a conversation with your skin? What would you say? Would you ask about its hopes, dreams, concerns? Not only do we encourage our clients to get acquainted with their skin–we want them to welcome it, embrace it, and care for it. Because getting to know your skin is getting to know yourself.

How are you different from other facial shops or spas?

We’re not a spa, we’re a skincare studio. We got tired of stuffy spas and expensive memberships, so we set out to make quality skincare more accessible for everyone. Our mission is to provide customized treatments, expert advice and product recommendations to help you put your best face forward. We also design our studios with an open layout, so that you are free to chat with and learn from your esthetician, and leave feeling energized and refreshed. 

HOW DOES YOUR MEMBERSHIP WORK?

Hi, membership is a community of like-minded people focused on skin health & well-being. This is your backstage pass to customized treatments, expert advice, and the industry’s top clean skincare products.

 

As a member you will receive one 60 minute treatment included each month at a discounted price of $110 (you’ll save $50 on each month’s customized treatment!). Upgrade to a JetPeel for only $115 more. Members also receive $20 off all treatment boosters and 10% off all product purchases.

How often should I get a treatment?

On average, skin cells turn over about every 28 days, so we recommend receiving a treatment at least once a month. This allows our estheticians to effectively address and treat your concerns.

What type of enhancements do you offer?

We currently offer CryoTouch and Infusion Therapy. Ask your esthetician to determine which booster is best for you! 

CAN I GET A TREATMENT WHILE PREGNANT OR NURSING?

Absolutely! Our estheticians are trained to safely and effectively treat the skin with products and modalities that are safe for pregnancy and nursing. When booking, be sure to note whether you are pregnant or nursing, and be sure to let your esthetician know at the start of your service. 

CAN I GET A TREATMENT AFTER HAVING BOTOX OR OTHER SKIN PROCEDURES DONE?

We advise waiting at least 4 weeks to book a treatment after receiving fillers, injectables, microneedling, laser, or other skin treatments.

How do I book a treatment?

WHY DO YOU NEED MY CREDIT CARD BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

We keep every client’s credit card on file in case of no-shows or late cancellations. Your card will not be charged until after your treatment. If you are a member or have a gift card, your credit card will only be charged for any remaining balance after your membership or gift card has been applied to your service.

CAN I BOOK A TREATMENT FOR A GROUP?

Yes! We recommend contacting your nearest studio to book for larger groups.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Products

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! We do not support testing on animals. Every brand we stock is cruelty-free and many are also Leaping Bunny certified.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

All orders placed before 1pm PST will ship same-day. Orders placed after 1pm PST will ship the following business day.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States but we hope to offer international shipping soon!

How do I track my order?

 You will receive a tracking link via the email you used to place your order once it ships.

What if my package is missing/damaged?

If your order is damaged or missing, please contact us at orders@hiskin.care.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Lightly used products are eligible for return 7 days after your order has been delivered for store credit. Unopened product is eligible for return and full refund 7 days after your order has been delivered.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

For any changes to your order, please email us at orders@hiskin.care.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

For all returns, please email orders@hiskin.care and we will provide you a shipping label for your return!

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

You can expect your refund, depending on your bank, 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
