Not only do we encourage our clients to get acquainted with their skin–we want them to welcome it, embrace it, and care for it. Because getting to know your skin is getting to know yourself.

We’re not a spa, we’re a skincare studio. We got tired of stuffy spas and expensive memberships, so we set out to make quality skincare more accessible for everyone. Our mission is to provide customized treatments, expert advice and product recommendations to help you put your best face forward. We also design our studios with an open layout, so that you are free to chat with and learn from your esthetician, and leave feeling energized and refreshed. 

The Really Good Membership and The Mini Membership are designed for those passionate about skin health and well-being. As part of this community, you’ll gain access to personalized treatments, expert guidance, and the industry's best clean skincare products.

• The Really Good Membership includes one 60-minute treatment each month for just $109.
  
• The Mini Membership offers one 30-minute treatment each month for only $69.

On average, skin cells turn over about every 28 days, so we recommend receiving a treatment at least once a month. This allows our estheticians to effectively address and treat your concerns.

We currently offer a variety of enhancements. Anything from Dermaplaning to Peel Infusion. Ask your esthetician to determine which booster is best for you! 

Absolutely! Our estheticians are trained to safely and effectively treat the skin with products and modalities that are safe for pregnancy and nursing. When booking, be sure to note whether you are pregnant or nursing, and be sure to let your esthetician know at the start of your service. 

We advise waiting at least 4 weeks to book a treatment after receiving fillers, injectables, microneedling, laser, or other skin treatments.

We keep every client’s credit card on file in case of no-shows or late cancellations. Your card will not be charged until after your treatment. If you are a member or have a gift card, your credit card will only be charged for any remaining balance after your membership or gift card has been applied to your service.

Yes! We recommend contacting your nearest studio to book for larger groups.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

At Hi, skin, we value the time of both our clients and our skilled professionals. Our appointment slots are in high demand, and late cancellations or no-shows prevent other clients from accessing timely treatments. To ensure fairness and optimal scheduling, we have implemented a fee policy for late cancellations and no-shows.

Facials : A $25 fee will be charged for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

No-Shows

Missing an injectable appointment without notification will incur a $75 fee. The only exception is for our complimentary consultations, which will incur a $25 fee for late cancellations or no-shows.

Yes! We do not support testing on animals. Every brand we stock is cruelty-free and many are also Leaping Bunny certified.

All orders placed before 1pm PST will ship same-day. Orders placed after 1pm PST will ship the following business day.

We currently only ship within the United States but we hope to offer international shipping soon!

 You will receive a tracking link via the email you used to place your order once it ships.

Lightly used products are eligible for return 7 days after your order has been delivered for store credit. Unopened product is eligible for return and full refund 7 days after your order has been delivered.

For all returns, please email orders@hiskin.care and we will provide you a shipping label for your return!

You can expect your refund, depending on your bank, 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
